At Shoreline Dermatology, we believe you should never have to guess what your care will cost. Our direct care model means straightforward, upfront pricing — no surprise bills, no insurance runaround.
Medical Dermatology
All visits are with Maria Koursaris, APRN — unhurried, thorough, and focused entirely on you.
Required for all new patients. Includes a thorough medical history review and full-body skin examination.
For established patients returning to follow up on a specific skin concern. Not a full-body skin check.
Liquid nitrogen treatment for precancerous growths, irritated growths, and warts — included at no additional charge.
Covers the biopsy procedure, laboratory processing of the specimen, and the pathologist's report. In rare cases, additional special stains or complex testing may be required — you will be notified in advance.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. This fee helps us keep same-week appointments available for patients who need care.
Surgical Dermatology
Surgical pricing is determined by the complexity and time required for each procedure.
Complimentary for procedures performed at our office.
"Scrape and burn" treatment for superficial non-melanoma skin cancers.
Surgical pricing is provided to each patient individually prior to the procedure. Procedures range from lipoma removal and cyst excision to melanoma excision and repair — complexity and time required vary significantly, so a personalized quote ensures accuracy and transparency.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled or missed without notice will incur a $100 fee, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards. Payment is due at checkout. HSA/FSA cards must be used for non-cosmetic services.
